Members receiving unwanted email alerts

I have a member who recently undergone disciplinary action. He is no longer a member and is requesting that he no longer receive the email alerts that have been programed into our stake calendared events. He can no longer access his LDSAccount and cannot therefore change his notification settings. Who do I contact to have his account preferences changed so he no longer receives notifications?

I think you're going to have to call the service center and have someone there deal with it. Since LDS Accounts are personal, there's not anything you can do to modify a person's account.
