Household Records requested but only children show up on MLS

Household Records requested but only children show up on MLS
This has happen several times to different family's. I requested house hold records, that same day on "Membership Record Update Report" dad, mom and both children show up. but when I look in MLS only the children show up in the Wards records. Sent out rerequests for the parents but they never show up. So they appeared to transfer with the children but dont show up. Please help!? I reinstalled MLS but problem still exists.

Have you tried a unit refresh?
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
