I want to download the video of James Hamilton for our Primary activity. I have a Mac. Would appreciate the steps. It doesn't complete the download.

Are you talking about the 2013 Primary Auxiliary Leadership Training video titled "Hearts of the Children: James Hamilton story". If so it can be downloaded by clicking the download link to the right of the video name on the 2013 Primary Auxiliary Leadership Training page. When the link is clicked there is a choice of three resolutions - 360p, 720p, 1080p. Choose the resolution best suited to the equipment the video will be played on.
If the download link is not visible, then try another browser. If the download does not seem to complete it could be that the download time may be quite long. The file sizes for the three resolutions in the order given above are 96.8 MB, 268 MB, & 885 MB. The 1080p file may take quite a while and depends on the Internet connection speed. Even the 720p file may take a bit of time.
