Calendar just spins the little thing and never loads

Calendar just spins the little thing and never loads

Our Relief Society Secretary has tried to update calendar events at home but says that she gets only as far as the spinning gear wheel and it never loads. She uses Firefox browser. Any ideas what the problem would be and how to fix it?

Does Firefox have something like IE's InPrivate or Chrome's Incognito? If so, she needs to make sure it's turned off.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

In Firefox under Tools / Options / Privacy there is a block that might be checked to prohibit tracking. Or it may be a very restrictive cookie setting in the same area.

Or any of a number of other things.
