Can't subscribe to calendars for lds tools app

My wife & I have the same phones. I automatically had access to all ward & stake calendars after logging in to my LDS account. She tried the same thing and gets a blank calendar. Tried syncing with no success. Tried logging in to lds.org and subscribing to calebdar, but received the message that the information for the app is temporarily unavailable, and to please try again later. We have tried several times since then with the same results. Any ideas?

I'd have her go to ldsaccount.lds.org. Make sure her record is associated with a membership record. Also check the directory and make sure her name isn't missing from the ward for some reason.

I assume she tried accessing (subscribing as you stated) the calendar from a PC instead of the phone, correct? What browser was used?

Since you posted on Sunday evening I am guessing she was trying to access the calendar on Sunday. Because there is commonly reported issues with LDS.org Tools access on Sundays due to server issues I recommend trying again on Monday or some other day in the week. But since you say you had no problems on your phone this may not be the problem. But then again I would not discount it.

Another thing to check would be accessability to other LDS.org tools or other sites using her LDS Account sign-on. Is she able to access other tools such as the directory?

I was trying
to access lds.org through the phone. Went to my pc and logged in through google chrome. Had no problem subscribing to the specific ward and stake calendars. Thanks so much for the advice. Working great now.
