photos not printing in directory

have not been able to print a directory with photos since January 2013. What has changed? New way to do it?

Occasionally people have problems printing, but the procedure for printing a directory with photos has not changed. I just printed a photo directory for my ward and it worked fine.

Can you elaborate on what happens that prevents you from being able to print? What steps do you take? Do you get an error? Do you push a button and nothing happens?
