How does one insert or upload pictures in the Newsletter

I am our ward website administrator and I have a questions.

How does one insert or upload pictures in the Newsletter, just by attaching each one? I do not see any special place that says insert or <Upload Photos>. The information in the How to Guide tells about sizing which I understand, but not specifics about uploading pictures that I could tell.
The one post on the forum about uploading pictures did not help.

In the Newsletter help files, Creating Articles, expand the "Create Articles" section and you'll find Step 4 says:

To add images, click the Insert Image button and select the size you want the image to appear as. Regardless of your image size, the maximum image dimensions will be about 540px.

Note: Image uploading does not work in Internet Explorer. As a result, the image button does not appear in this browser. You must switch to Chrome or Firefox to upload images.

After you upload an image, you're prompted to sign a user agreement indicating that you're solely responsible for the content.

Could it be you might be trying to use IE, so you're not seeing the Insert Image button?

See THIS post for the insert image icon placement on the toolbar. In THIS thread a user states they do not have the image icon in the Safari browser. So it appears that some browsers may not display all the tools on the toolbar.

Thanks to those who responded to my question. Really quite obvious once someone pointed it out to me.
