News letter attachment
When trying to save a picture, message says: file type not allowed ?

Newsletter allows attachment of documents but not images. Images can be imbedded in the articles. Refer to the Newsletter help for information on attachments and imbedding images.
The Attachment Guidelines subsection of the Creating Articles section in the Newsletter Help provides this information for attachments:
If you want to attach images to an article I recommend either converting the image(s) to PDF or including the image(s) in one of the supported document file types.

The Image Guidelines subsection of the Creating Articles section gives information for images within an article.Attachment Guidelines wrote:File types. You can attach files from Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel as well as similar files from Open Office. The specific file types supported include PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLSX, XLS, PPTX, PPT, ODT, FODT, ODS, FODS, ODP, and FODP. If your file type is not supported, consider converting your document to PDF through a free PDF conversion tool.
