Our Bishop moved a month ago. MLS and LDS.org show his correct address.
CDOL is showing an incorrect Mailing address.
When we change/update his address, it updates in MLS and LDS.org but does not update in the CDOL.
Any ideas how to fix this?

There are two ways to update CDOL for tier one positions. The first is to have the stake submit a LUCR. The second and simplest is for the bishop to log onto CDOL and make the change there.

FYI...
The Bishop mentioned that the Edit tab was greyed out - so he couldn't change it.

Finding the edit window is tricky. He'll have to pull up his calling, expand it, and then click on "Edit Assignment", then go to the address tab.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
