Position change problem

#1

Post by ClarkHall »

Our YW 1st councilor was made RS president, she shows up in MLS as RS pres. When she tries to add an event in the RS calendar she can only add to the YW calendar. The prior RS president did not have problems. Any suggestions?

You need to check and see if they were added as editors by calling or by name. It seems from your post they were added by name.

They are all by position. I have added thr new RS president by name as a work around for the time being.

How long ago was the change made in MLS? Although it's been improved greatly, sometimes it still takes a bit for a change in calling to propagate through the lds.org system.
So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

It looks like her LDS Account position info (that is what controls rights on lds.org) was updated last night. It should be correct now.
