Stake youth leaders access to limited youth data

As a Stake YM Presidency, it would be helpful if LDS Tools provided access to lists (or counts) of youth in the stake. I understand and support the need for privacy, especially with the youth/children.

Ideas include:

- list of all youth in the stake by ward. For privacy reasons it could simply list the first name and ward.
- counts of youth in the the stake by ward by quorum.
- ability to quickly access at a list of stake youth council members.
- perhaps the Stake Presidency/clerk could grant access to stake leaders as they deem appropriate.

This would be helpful as we help youth leaders to plan activities, trek, etc. It would also be helpful as we visit ward YM leaders and discuss the needs of their youth.

Note that who has access to what is not determined by the developers, but by the Priesthood Department.
