We met at our stake center last year, and meet in a ward building this year. maps.lds.org still shows the stake center. Where do I update this information as an assistant ward clerk?
I don't know if the MLS Web folks read this, but the help link for "LDSTech Wiki" points to:

and should really just be:

Re: Update ward meetinghouse information?
I believe that the FM group is supposed to update that in the FMAT database. When we moved buildings a few years back the update happened without any intervention from anyone at the ward level. I would suggest having your high councilor for physical facilities contact the FM group and ask them to make the change.TimRiker wrote:We met at our stake center last year, and meet in a ward building this year. maps.lds.org still shows the stake center. Will do. The information does show as correct in CDOL, but not on maps. I called the helpdesk and someone is looking into it. I understand we are supposed to be able to update this information in MLS->SystemOptions->Unit->Address which I'll check again to be sure it's correct when I'm in the clerk's office.

If you update it in MLS that comes up to CDOL, but it doesn't get to FMAT/GPM that way (at least not automatically).TimRiker wrote:Will do.
