Replacement Computer

#1

Post by cparsons07 »

We recently revived a replacement computer for our clerks office. Does the ward clerk setup the new machine or does that need to be left to the stake clerk? We've had the new computer in a box for a few weeks now but nobody seems to know who gets to set it up.

Thank You

That would be the STS's job, but it can be delegated. I suggest you contact the STS (Stake Technology Specialist).
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.

Then the stake clerk has that responsibility (the STS is an assistant stake clerk, and by default, the stake clerk has all the responsibilities that might be delegated to an assistant).
