Re: Removing calendar administrators
Ok thanks you two for testing this out. I'll take a look at it today and see what is causing the failures.

Re: Removing calendar administrators
Thanks for the discovery of this issue. The assistance and insight provided have been most helpful. As of this morning we have determined that the application servers are functioning properly, but it appears that some internal networking changes made over the last several days have resulted in HTTP DELETE operations being blocked before reaching our servers. Engineers are currently working to identify what is blocking these requests so that a correction can be put in place.

Re: Removing calendar administrators
Sounds like this may possibly also be related to the root cause of why there are Orphaned Callings showing up in CDOL that can no longer be deleted because they are already gone from MLS without the transmitted delete making it to the server for some reason. Not sure if it is related or not, but sure sounds like a similar failure mechanism.terrydm wrote:it appears that some internal networking changes made over the last several days have resulted in HTTP DELETE operations being blocked before reaching our servers

Re: Removing calendar administrators
We are actively pursuing the root cause of this issue and a fix for it. Each day we are getting a little closer and feel like we've identified what is causing the problem. Someone from the calendar team will post an update on this thread or at least in this forum when the fix is pushed to production. We will push it out just as soon as we can instead of waiting to include it in a regular update.

Calendar Adminstrator
We have added a persons name as a Stake Calendar Administrator but when that name changes we can't seem to delete the name. This is not one of the default administrators.

I moved your post into the existing topic for this issue. As you can see from the post just before yours, subscribing to this topic is a good way to be notified when it is fixed.blskinner wrote:We have added a persons name as a Stake Calendar Administrator but when that name changes we can't seem to delete the name. Our stake mistakenly added someone as a stake administrator and now we can't remove the individual. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Removing calendar administrators
Apparently, this is happening again. There is an administrator by name that I am trying to remove and, just can't get her off. I added my wife as an administrator by name and can't even remove her from the administrator list. When I click the X to remove them, the processing wheel spins endlessly. The last time I tried, I let it go for 2 days and nothing happened; they are still there. Is there anything that can be done to get them off the administrator list?
