Cannot Access lds.org/audit for LUFAS training

Cannot Access lds.org/audit for LUFAS training

As ward financial clerk the stake wants me to access www.lds.org/audit and become familiar with LUFAS. Well, I get error message, "User has no valid assignments for this application." and am unable to complete my signon. I checked Ward Tools and my position is: Ward Assistant Clerk - Finance. What else is needed to allow me to access LUFAS? Stake audit training is tonight and I am expected to know about this prior to the meeting.

That should work - assuming that you were entered into MLS using a standard calling and not a custom calling.

Do you have other callings? Some tools don't work well when there are multiple callings involved.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

Unfortunately ward finance clerks and assistant ward clerks do not have access to LUFAS. I have been an assistant ward clerk and a ward finance clerk before LUFAS was released. I have never had access. I know the bishop has access. Maybe the ward clerk does, but I am not certain.

No other callings. The Stake Audit Chairman sent me the two pages in LUFAS that pertain to Ward Finance Clerks. So, it looks like I'm OK without access to the site. Thanks for responding so quickly. This is good information and I will pass it along in tonight's meeting in case other Ward Finance Clerks are having the same problem.
