DB Migrator 4.0.11.1 Released

Stack DB Migrator 4.0.11.1 has been released. This version is associated with the 3.2.7 Java Stack release. 4.0.11 was not associated with a stack version so if you are upgrading from Stack 3.2.6 please see the not insignificant 4.0.11 release notes also. In general, see all the release notes after your current version.

This release is recommended for all projects but especially if you are experiencing any of the issues listed below.
