Streaming CES Devotionals - issue

Hi,
My YSA branch usually tries to watch the CES firesides live, we stream it from broadcast.lds.org on a laptop at our building. This is a great option, but I've run into trouble with it alot.
While watching, the stream will switch back and forth between the high and low quality streams, this would be ok, except the two almost always seem to be slightly out of sync, causing it to jump backwards and forwards in the talk to the point that you can't keep track of what's going on.
My thought is if there is some way to lock it into the lower bitrate, to keep it from trying to pull the higher quality stream?
This last devotional, I used the WMA stream and it worked much better for us, but I'd like to see if there is something that I can do to get the other stream working properly.
Also, we have thought about showing it the next night at Family home evening, but the archives aren't up for awhile, any ideas on how we might re-show it more quickly?
