LDS YouTube videos won't play with restricted more enabled

I needed to disable restricted mode on YouTube in order to watch General Conference last week. I don't know if this is new, because I haven't watched it on YouTube before, but I noticed today that after re-enabling restricted mode, I was unable to stream Music and the Spoken Word.

I assume that restricted mode blocks viewing, because the videos have no rating, or because it was a live stream, but I would like to suggest that the Church see if they could post videos and streams that could be viewed with restricted mode enabled on YouTube.

YouTube allows anyone to flag content as objectionable, so unfortunately someone who doesn't like the Church could go in and flag the video so it becomes restricted (I assume more than one person would have to flag it for it to take effect). The process for flagging videos is easier than the process for removing flags, which is good because it gets objectionable content marked quickly, but bad because sometimes good things get marked as objectionable.

I've also noticed that videos are sometimes marked as YouTube Restricted. For example the videos on bible videos site https://www.lds.org/bible-videos/?lang=eng are marked as Restricted, but if you find the same videos from the Media search pages on LDS.org, they are not restricted. Can the Church talk to their hosting vendor about their service and expedite removal of Restricted or flagged status? My particular issue is the my porn filter at home automatically sets YouTube search Restricted mode as On, so without bypassing my clean router, I can't watch the videos, at least from the standard places. I'm sort of stuck.
