Member ID used somewhere else?

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Member ID used somewhere else?

I am unable to add my member ID because it says that it is already in use. This is my only account and only email. How do I go about this problem? I am unable to access tools because of this.

You'll need to ask your ward clerk to help you.

Keep in mind that the church account is the same as the FamilySearch account, or any account you may have used for seminary or other church education sites.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
