Logon not working

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I can login to family search but I cannot access my ward information or pay my tithing. What to do?

Your Church Account most likely does not have your MRN recorded. Update your account with your MRN in the Membership section of your Church Account.
