Unable to log in to my lds tool account.

For some reason I can not log in to lds tools. I've tried all three options but didn't get through. What do I need to do?

Most likely, just wait until the servers and related infrastructure start working again. When that will be, I have no idea. It appears that today there are problems with a lot of the Church online infrastructure. There have been several posts in various areas on the topic.
