twp step authenticator

I am trying to log in but the two step authenticator is not registering that I have said yes on my phone and it is not letting me in. It just keeps counting down like it never connected somehow.

Do you have a back-up authentication method (for example, text) that you can choose at the bottom of the second-step authentication screen?
