Change password not working

I don't know if it was just my session but the Change my password option was not working despite using even the suggested random text. I had letters numbers and symbols that I had never used before and it kept telling me my password could not be used due to frequency of use despite what I entered and despite the security rating being all bars green.

por favor necesito cambiar la contraseña, cuando me enviaron el correo de cambiar contraseña no me dio la obcion, logre ahora entrar pero no dio la obcion

Did you use your problem user account to sign into the Forum? Or did you use another account?
