TAKE-A-NAME SIGN IN

The Take-A-Name app does not recognize either my family-search password nor my membership number. I have changed my password once before and that worked for a little while but not now. I don't want to have to keep changing my password. What can I do?

You would need to communicate with the owners of the app. Although it appears to interface with FamilySearch functions, it is a commercial app that does not belong to the Church.
