My mother does not know how to use the computer, I am her executor and would like to access her LDS online account. I have her membership record number, and all of her information. I tried to log her into her account, a notification says she has an existing account, I am unable to recover the information of User Name and Password. Could you please help me?

If she has an email or a smart phone, you can try using those options to recover her account. Otherwise, you'll have to talk to your/her ward clerk to be put in contact with support.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
