Minors Sign in Reset

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Minors Sign in Reset

My 11 yr old forgot his username and password, but we can't reset it with the MRN and if we use the number or email it only associates my husband's account. According to lds tools, my son's name is associated with an old email that is no longer usable. (An old work account of my husband)

Is there any way to reset his account?

Work with your ward clerk who will be able to get you into contact with the Global Service Center (GSC).
