Unable to sign in to account

My father and I have been trying for months to sign into his LDS account and it keeps coming back saying no account even when using his MRN number and trying to get a new account. Nothing has worked. We have asked the people at our church with assistance and she gets the same thing.

no puedo entrar a mi cuenta lds con el nombre de usuario y contraseña ingresados, he intentado recuperar mi nombre de usuario pensando que quiza pude cometer algun error, pero aun asi no puedo.
