Change membership status

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

How do I change my membership status on my current account?

What exactly do you mean by "change my membership status on my current account"? Do you want to disconnect your MRN from your current LDS Account? Or, do you want to do something else?

If you're trying to "become a member", you'll need to go to account.lds.org and add your MRN to your account.

If you get a error message, please see this post
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
