Can't change password

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Can't change password

I am helping the youth to recover their LDS accounts but when we were trying to click to set the new password, the page is not responding at all.

I am having the same problem, but It says that "this account cannot be reset" for my son.

In order to make sure someone can help you with these problems, please use the 'Feedback' or similar button or link on the page where the issue is visible or where you attempt the operation that is not working.
