Pre-membership account conflict

I created an account before I became a member and somehow my OLD email address is associated with my current member account. I am unable to change to my current email address because it says it is associated with a different account (which is my old non-member account). I simply need that old account deleted so I can update my current member account.

To do what you want you need to contact your ward clerk. He will be able to assist in contacting the global service center (GSC).
