I'm trying to sign in (I have my user name: [redacted and password) but it tells me that I am not a member. My member number is:[redacted]

(Moderator note: username and MRN redacted. Okay, redacting the username was pointless. Oh, well.)

Please go back to the LDS Account forum, the parent forum of this topic/thread. Please read the 'PLEASE READ FIRST' announcement posts. It sounds like the second post matches the situation you are describing.
