Mobile phone verification issue

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Mobile phone verification issue

Hello,

I have a friend that is trying to login to her Missionary portal, but since she is out of country she couldn't receive the two step mobile phone message verification because her phone can't receive text message right now.
What should she do in this case ??
