Resetting 2FA

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I lost the phone with which I set up 2FA. How do I reset 2FA?

Either get a new phone with the same number (if possible), or contact your ward clerk. He can put you in touch with the support people that can help.
