Daughter's account isn't linked to her birthdate
I'm trying to be a good mom and re set up my daughter's family search account. i have had problems in the past and decided to try and just set up a new one. It won't let me because her MRN is assigned to another acccount. When I try to recover her username while typing in the MRN and her birthdate, it says the two don't work together and won't relay her username. I'm at a loss as to what I'm supposed to do now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You'll need to talk to your ward clerk or ward membership clerk to make sure you have the correct MRN and her birthdate is recorded correctly.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
