New Email is Not Updating

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. New Email is Not Updating

Hi,

I have updated my email multiple times now, but emails are still being sent to my old email. My new email is even showing up on lds tools and everything. Why am I still getting all my emails to my old email? It has been months now that this is happening.

Check the email shown in ldsaccount.lds.org. That's also where your subscription settings are.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
