passwork reset problem

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. passwork reset problem

It's time to put in a new password, but when I pull up the screen it says I must put in a country. I select the United States, but it won't save, and gives a message that' this workforce field is read only.' So it won't let me into the area where I can change the password. Have tried it over and over, but it just will not save.
