I am a returned missionary and I would love to see "My plan" forma missionaries I did con my mission. It's there a way I can get it from the missionary portal?

The "My Plan" program is available to you through Leader and Clerk Resources, "LCR", after your stake president grants you access. If you do not have access, then speak to your bishop, who will speak to your stake president on your behalf to grant you access.
