Under 13 parental consent

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. I am receiving the 6 digit Parental Consent Code code to create an account for my son, but it is always invalid.

I am having same issue as listed. So, I tried using MRN for verification then failed into Technical Difficulties Page. Now my son has half baked account, no obvious way to get back into registration process and no way to login.
