I can get into everything except the store

I am a registered user of LDS.org. I have worked as a Wiki missionary and still do volunteer work on the Wiki. I have always been able to sign in to my account without problems UNTIL I tried to get a subscription to the Ensign for another family. For some reason the site for subscriptions refuses to recognize my name/password combination. What gives?
