Changing contact information

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Changing contact information

I have repeatedly tried to change my email in my contact section of my account on my computer, on my iPad, and on my phone and it doesn't save the changes. I also can't change it in FamilySearch. I need to receive all information in my current email because my old email stopped function a month a go for some reason and I can't get my emails from the church or FamilySearch.

To change the contact information the ward sees, go to the on line directory. To change the email the church uses to send things, go to ldsaccount.lds.org
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
