Niether old nor new passwords work

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Niether old nor new passwords work

My wife had to change her password last week (office worker in the Temple -- system required it). She has used that password up to today, when the system told her it was not recognized. Eventually, she changed the password. The system tells her it is not recognized either. So, has she been locked out, and she is getting a poor system message, or is there some other problem?
