Resume recovery

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. Resume recovery

I am helping a woman who had some help at the LDS Employment Center in Ogden quite a while ago. They helped her set up an account and she got 65% of her resume builder complete. She no longer remembers her user name or password to get into the account. How does she get in to the account to recover the work she put into building the resume?

Please see question 1 and 2 of the LDS Account Help page for how to recover the account.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
