Updating LDS Account Information

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Updating LDS Account Information

I am unable to access my account information. it keeps sending me text messages to a phone I no longer have.

all of the phone numbers listed under LDS Tools and within LDS.ORG for my household, as well as MRS, are correct.

I attached a screen shot of the error.

I can't access the system to update that cell number, without that cell number. it doesn't give me any other option for account recovery.

any assistance would be great.
