I no longer have access to the Google Authenticator App because I factory reset my phone.
How do I change the ldsaccount 2-step authentication when I no longer have access to google authenticator?
Attached is the error I'm getting, with the text saying I can switch to a different verification option... but how do I switch to a different verification option? (I'd love to enable text messages... I can receive those... it is just the google authenticator app that doesn't have the LDS Account token in it anymore because I did a factory reset).
Thank you,
Nathan

I found this: https://tech.lds.org/forum/viewtopic.ph ... 1&p=168801
I guess I need to email the support group or call the Global Service Desk.
I submitted a web form asking for help (following the "help" links on the sign-in page). I'm not sure if that is good enough... I'll wait a few days and see.

I'd suggest doing this: Move Google Authenticator from one Android device to another.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
