Cannot change password - error

Church Account is the primary user account (user name and password) for accessing online Church resources. Church Account was formerly known as LDS Account. This forum is a space to discuss all things related to Church Accounts (registration, account recovery, user experience, vulnerabilities, etc.).

Cannot change password - error

When I go to my account settings, Security, and click on the button to change my password I get this error message:

Your information has been changed, but not saved. Please save or cancel your changes.


I didn't change anything yet. Using Chrome 64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10.

If I use Internet Explorer 11 I am able to change my password. Appears that lds.org is broken in regards to use with Chrome.

However, www.lds.org content does appear distorted when using IE11.
