study tools

Hi,
For the last week I have had the study tools continually drop out after I copy then paste comments to my scriptures.
I have been using this tool with success for several years and now find it frustrating when I attempt the process several times to end up with the "study tools have dropped out". Hoping you can help, it is such an amazing scripture aid when working.
