Is there a way to request your own personal patriarchal blessing in another language?

The Church does not provide translations of patriarchal blessings because it is difficult to convey the inspired depth of meaning and feeling of a blessing. If you have difficulty understanding your blessing in the language it was given, it would be your responsibility to find a trusted and worthy member of the Church to provide the translation. You would want to carefully choose someone who is skilled in the language, and who understands the spiritual nature and confidentiality of the blessing.

Only the original blessing would remain filed at Church headquarters. You would be responsible for maintaining your own copy of any translation.
