Adding my MRN number

#1

Post by Brian02251987 »

Hello,

I have recently been baptized into the church and I have my #MRN. I have put it with hyphens into the required box and my birth date. However I am being aloud to add it. The system is saying either my # or birth date is incorrect. Could someone assist me with this issue?

Regards,

First, congratulations on your recent baptism! Second, this is a user-to-user forum, not an official help desk, so there's most likely nobody in this forum who can directly solve things for you. However, here are a few options that should be of some help:

Your ward clerk should be able to help. He can verify that all relevant copies of your MRN and birth date match up. An error in any of several places could be the cause of the problem. I think I'd suggest trying the ward clerk first.

A self-service option would be to go the official LDS Account support page. There is a pointer to it in the first post in this forum:

The support page itself is here:

I would also try entering your MRN without the hyphens and see if that helps.
