My phone number for verification has not changed yet you said it had been changed. It is still the same [Number removed].

There have been reports in the past about false notifications. One time it was a test server that wasn't properly isolated.

Your phone number was removed as this is a public forum visible to the world.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.
