Language change on lds.org

#1

Post by johncurtiss »

My account settings specify English as preferred language. Nevertheless whenever I open lds.org it opens in Spanish. My computer was configured in Guatemala and that is probably the root of the problem, but how do I change lds.org to English so I don't need to do that every time I open the site. Some other random websites also come up in Spanish particularly when I do a Google search - sometimes comes up in Spanish, but when I click on an item of interrest it most frequently opens in English. Any help is appreciated.

You might try checking the settings and making sure the OS is set to English.
Have you searched the Help Center? Try doing a Google search and adding "site:churchofjesuschrist.org/help" to the search criteria.

So we can better help you, please edit your Profile to include your general location.
